Process Manager

The Process Manager ensures that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals. The person in this position will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes. This requires collaboration across all departments of the organization with an aim of improving the management of a business process. Tasks are mainly focused on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.

The Process Manager has to possess exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills. Also, the person on this position should be able to understand the bigger picture and identify and create a business process. This position requires strong analytic skills and detail oriented approach as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Additionally, this person should be familiar with all phases of project management, ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • • Developing, executing, and maintaining business process improvement projects

  • • Monitoring the results of improvement projects and composes reports

  • • Identifying and evaluating key risk areas and recommend improvements

  • • Developing, overseeing, and regulating various work procedures

  • • Performing analysis on work flows and processes within the organization

  • • Reviewing automation resources, interfaces, and systems to ensure that they are working accurately and efficiently in support of the organization's goals and objectives.

  • • Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed and notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed

  • • Ensuring that requirements are met and that products and support services are in accordance with requirements.

  • • Providing direction and best practices for creating project materials including requirements, change management, business process design etc

  • • Playing an active role in innovation of internal and external process and services

  • • Establishing measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency

  • • Facilitating resolution of issues with items not complying with the process

  • • Performing day to day process administration

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or related field

  • • Proven working experience in project management and writing documents and reports

  • • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written)

  • • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office

  • • Problem solver who is able to organize task and duties in timely manner

  • • Detail oriented person

  • • Great communication and presentation skills
